“Platform” refers to provoxstitch.com and all associated services. “Courses” means all digital and in-person sewing instruction materials. “User” means any visitor or registered student. “Content” includes videos, patterns, guides, and live sessions.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not share, resell, or redistribute any course materials without written permission.

4. Payments and Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, patterns, trademarks, and design assets remain the exclusive property of ProVox Stitch Institute. A limited, non-transferable license is granted to enrolled users for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProVox Stitch Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or courses, including injury from sewing activities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all license rights to course materials immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
